We are happy to report that the nationwide technical issue with our internal clinical system has now been resolved and services may be offered as usual.

Technical issue

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our internal clinical system. This is a nationwide issue.

This issue is affecting access to patient records meaning that, unfortunately, our services are limited at the time being.

We can use Anima as normal so please, if able, utilise Anima for requests. These will then be triaged once our clinical system is up and running. If you are unable to use Anima, please call the surgery when our system is live again. We will keep you updated regarding this.

If you already have an appointment, please attend but bear in mind that prescribing is currently unavailable.
